About the role
The Campus Services Technology Specialist is an IT Support position within the University of Arkansas system. The role provides technology assistance to campus services, supporting students, faculty, and staff in their daily technology needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site IT support for campus service areas.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, with Workday and related technology tools.

- Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (student employee or graduate assistant).
- Interest in providing reliable technology support on a university campus.
