About the role

Join the team at Embassy Suites Downtown Riverplace in Greenville as a Room Attendant. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest rooms, ensuring every guest enjoys a fresh and comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms, making beds with meticulous attention to detail.
• Polish and sanitize bathrooms to provide a pristine experience.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to service requests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or room‑attendant role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to navigate multiple hotel departments and follow safety procedures.
