Cafe Cook – Full Time

About the role

The Pfister Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Cafe Cook to join its downtown Milwaukee café team. You will prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items while delivering the high‑quality service the hotel is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook café menu items (breakfast and lunch) with consistent quality and presentation.
• Complete food orders accurately and efficiently to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and product rotation.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily café operations and enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of cooking or food‑service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
