Starbucks Barista

About the role

Join the hospitality team at the newly renovated Hilton Milwaukee and serve guests as a Starbucks Barista. You will create consistent, high‑quality coffee beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Starbucks beverages to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Stock, rotate, and store products according to merchandising standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and negotiate accommodations when needed.
• Handle cash transactions, manage the cash drawer, and balance the house bank at shift end.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks using approved cleaning products.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous hospitality, barista, cashiering, or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn the full menu and up‑selling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and change making.
• Strong English communication skills for interacting with guests.
• Capability to resolve conflict situations such as inaccurate checks.
