About the role
La Petite Maison Boston is seeking enthusiastic Busser(s) to keep the dining floor running smoothly. This entry‑level role is a key part of the guest experience, ensuring tables are cleared, reset, and ready for the next service without missing a beat.
Key responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly.
- Support servers and runners during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor and service areas.
- Assist with bread service and other table maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Fast, organized, and reliable under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
