Business Systems Intern

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Business Systems Intern to support its Customer Success Team. This 10‑week summer internship provides hands‑on experience in project management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading global real‑estate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting, and data analytics teams.
• Participate in meeting planning, presentation creation, and collateral development.
• Respond promptly to internal customer inquiries and collaborate to solve problems.
• Complete an independent capstone project and present findings to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028 with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems.
• Strong curiosity, flexibility, and ability to pivot quickly.
• Quantitative background demonstrating analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
