Business Systems Engineer

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a senior Business Systems Engineer to lead the design and implementation of its corporate data ecosystem. You will bridge finance, HR, and other core business functions with the software platforms that power them, delivering a unified, real‑time view of global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain integrations across enterprise applications such as Oracle NetSuite, Workday, and Pigment.
• Lead technical strategy for business systems architecture, integration patterns, and process optimization.
• Build and support integrations using Workato, including custom SuiteScript, Salesforce, Zip, Zuora, Snowflake, PLM (Arena), and inventory management systems.
• Partner with Finance, People Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and improve Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Record‑to‑Report workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting pipelines using Tableau, Power BI, and custom scripts.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with extensive experience in enterprise system integration.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with business teams.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, data‑driven architectures for fast‑growing organizations.
