Business Strategy Consultant – Growth, Value Creation and Transformation

About the role

Deloitte's Business Strategy team works with senior leaders on growth and transformation priorities, advising on growth strategy, portfolio strategy, market positioning, business model innovation and strategic planning. As a Consultant, you will analyze market, financial and operational information, develop practical recommendations and help shape outcomes that drive measurable business value. The recruiting period ends on 08/11/2026.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market, financial and operational information to synthesize strategic options and recommendations
• Support client work focused on growth, value creation, margin improvement and business transformation
• Develop business cases, pricing analyses and financial analyses, turning outputs into actionable insights
• Design business models, operating models and capability plans aligned to client objectives
• Support engagement planning, workstream coordination, deliverables and quality review
• Help organize project work, prepare clear presentations and support client conversations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years of consulting experience, including 2+ years in corporate strategy, business unit strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, commercial strategy or business transformation
• 2+ years developing strategies for growth, margin improvement or business transformation at corporate, business or product level
• Experience preparing business cases, pricing or financial analyses for decision-making
• Able to travel 50% on average, depending on clients and sectors
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Preferred: experience in finance, IT, HR, procurement or commercial operations; roadmaps and financial business cases; customer research and journey mapping; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; customer experience technologies; cross-industry trend analysis

The stated wage range is $95,600 to $188,400, depending on skills, experience and training. Candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
