Business Process Specialist (Mid-Level)

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Business Process Specialist (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The specialist maps intelligence-related business processes, builds and monitors metrics, surveys stakeholders and uses statistical analysis to find risk and waste and propose improvements. The position is contingent on contract award, business needs, security clearance verification and funding availability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze internal program data and external benchmark data to support process improvement
• Develop, refine and monitor metrics that identify and justify areas of risk and improvement
• Perform statistical analysis of production, performance and usage of intelligence services and products
• Map intelligence-related business processes and conduct process improvement analysis
• Survey stakeholders and turn their feedback into measurable improvement opportunities
• Maintain records so visualization, production, requests, formatting and dissemination are captured in the relevant databases

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• 8+ years of relevant business process or performance analysis experience, with recent experience in the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Preferred: AI experience, prior DIA or IC experience, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification, and experience measuring performance of intelligence activities
