About the role

Runlayer is building a platform that enables enterprises to safely adopt AI agents, tools, and workflows. The Business Operations role supports a wide range of functions across the company, from finance to product research, ensuring smooth internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects across finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and other high‑priority areas.
• Build and automate internal processes where none exist, using the same AI platform the company sells.
• Identify growing pains and proactively fix problems before they arise.
• Support board meeting preparation and company reporting for the Head of Operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of work experience, including time in an operating role at a high‑growth startup.
• Comfortable using AI tools for daily tasks.
• Organized, precise, and able to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Low ego, high ownership mindset.
