Business Development Specialist – Commercial Real Estate

About the role

Bisnow is looking for an energetic entry‑level Business Development Specialist to join its Commercial Real Estate Advertising and Event Sales team. Working hybrid in Washington, D.C., you will help clients across the CRE industry promote their brands through sponsorships on our media platform and live networking events.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision‑makers across all asset classes.
• Drive event sponsorship sales—both digital and in‑person—by researching prospects and securing participation.
• Consistently prospect new business to build a strong pipeline for senior sales staff.
• Engage sponsorship prospects via phone and email, and respond to inbound leads.
• Collaborate with the event production team to design sponsor‑friendly programs.
• Brainstorm fresh topic ideas that align with industry trends.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs and strive to exceed daily targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with internships, coursework, or early work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start on July 6, 2026 and work 3–4 days onsite and 1–2 days remotely.
