Business Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company as a Business Development Representative. You will lead high‑volume outbound outreach to nursing homes and long‑term care facilities across the United States, booking discovery calls with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 130‑150+ outbound calls daily to directors of nursing, administrators and other healthcare leaders.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or demo meetings according to internal criteria.
• Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural and consultative.
• Maintain accurate activity records and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, call strategy and conversion rates.
• Participate in role‑plays, coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of SDR or high‑volume outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to sustain 130‑150+ calls per day with quality conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written English with minimal accent.
• Comfortable working full‑time U.S. Eastern Time hours.
• Strong resilience, self‑motivation and consistency.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
• Dialpad or other cloud‑based calling platforms.
