Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth across North America. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemicals, and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Qualify leads against target market criteria and initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Provide prospects with relevant information, insights, and resources to nurture interest.
• Conduct needs assessments and position company solutions to address prospect pain points.
• Leverage AESSEAL Group’s asset reliability, sustainability, and technical service capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and natural leader with strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communicator able to act as the commercial and technical conduit between the company and customers.
• Deep understanding of multiple industry sectors, including asset and process knowledge.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships and become a reliable solution partner.
