About the role
A24 is looking for a Business Development & Operations Lead to join its Brand team. This senior, numbers‑driven role will help grow existing consumer‑product businesses and launch new initiatives across retail, licensing and other channels.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with brand leadership to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities.
- Develop and model financial and operational plans for new initiatives.
- Forge and manage strategic brand partnerships and licensing agreements.
- Set revenue targets, track performance, and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models that inform decision‑making across business lines.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from concept through execution, coordinating internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and source external consultants when needed.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in business consulting, new‑business growth, or special projects.
- Proven track record managing end‑to‑end business lines, preferably in consumer products, retail, publishing or entertainment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and comfortable working both strategically and hands‑on.
