Business Development Manager (Sponsorship)

About the role

Boost by Banter is building a commercial engine for crypto sponsorships and partnerships. As a Business Development Manager (Sponsorship) you will own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, from prospecting crypto projects and advertisers to closing deals and ensuring campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, pitch, negotiate and close sponsorship, KOL and affiliate agreements without hand‑offs.
• Build and maintain a live prospect list using Telegram communities, Crypto Twitter, conferences and personal contacts.
• Manage multiple KOL partnership workflows simultaneously, keeping timelines, deliverables and communication clear.
• Coordinate with content and operations teams to guarantee sponsor integrations meet brief and deadlines.
• Produce detailed post‑campaign reports that demonstrate ROI and lay the groundwork for renewals.
• Achieve a monthly revenue target of $150 k+ and meet defined milestones in the first 90 days.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development, partnerships or sales experience in the Web3/crypto space.
• Deep understanding of crypto marketing, KOL deal structures and what drives audience conversion.
• Proactive “hunter” mentality with a proven ability to generate leads independently.
• Experience managing several KOL or affiliate relationships concurrently.

Required skills

• Native knowledge of the crypto market and its advertising ecosystem.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing capabilities.
• Ability to track and report campaign performance with precision.
