Business Development Manager – Powered Land & Infrastructure

About the role

Bitdeer, a global leader in Bitcoin mining and AI cloud solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its powered land and infrastructure portfolio across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute work plans aligned with the company’s development strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and expand the mining data‑center pipeline.
• Conduct market research, competition analysis, and feasibility studies for new business opportunities in the US and North America.
• Research the digital‑currency mining sector, US electricity market, and prepare implementation plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for investment, financing, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and other functional teams to close deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, electrical engineering, energy, or related fields.
• 8+ years of business development experience, preferably in power, energy, data‑center, construction or finance sectors in the US.
• Strong analytical, strategic decision‑making, leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross‑cultural collaboration, and high integrity.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, travel frequently across states and overseas.
