Business Development Manager – Outbound Sales

About the role

IMA is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its outbound client base. You will engage with enterprise C‑suite and senior leaders, map key stakeholders, and translate technical requirements into business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Gather technical requirements, assess fit with IMA’s portfolio, and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in Salesforce, Orum, and SalesLoft.
• Provide detailed handover notes to Account Executives for qualified opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales‑qualified lead quotas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales or lead‑generation experience.
• Proven success in outbound cold‑calling environments.
• Strong communication skills with senior‑level executives.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
