Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships for Addison Group’s staffing division. The role blends prospecting, relationship building, and collaboration with recruiters to match client needs with talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to generate new business and grow current accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored marketing plans to break into new client segments.
• Negotiate fees, close deals, and ensure alignment with company revenue goals.
• Partner with internal recruiters to understand client requirements and deliver appropriate staffing solutions.
• Represent Addison Group professionally at industry events and networking functions, including activities outside regular business hours.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Competitive spirit with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
