Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a fast‑growing national legal services firm. Based in Seattle with a remote work option, you will own your pipeline, build lasting relationships with professional buyers, and drive high‑value B2B sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business through outreach, networking, meetings, and referrals.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships with opportunities to upsell.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and local networking opportunities.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations that convert.
• Manage a healthy pipeline and consistently hit monthly targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, comfortable with cold calling and in‑person presentations.
• Relationship‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and result‑focused.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Legal industry exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
