About the role

Addison Group is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth by building relationships, prospecting new clients, and expanding existing partnerships. You will work closely with recruiters to match top talent with client needs while representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage prospective clients to generate new business.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and networking events.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align talent solutions with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and exceed client expectations.
• Represent Addison Group professionally at client visits, industry conferences, and community networking opportunities.

Required profile
