Business Development Manager – Aerospace Logistics

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the pursuit of new revenue opportunities across the aerospace logistics market in the region. Reporting to the Head of Sales – USA, the role combines strategic prospecting, deal negotiation and partnership building to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead the preparation, submission and management of RFPs/RFQs, assessing commercial viability and risk.
• Secure new contracts through stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding and high client retention.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations and Finance managers to align proposals with operational capabilities and financial targets.
• Expand sales channels and target new customer segments within the aerospace logistics sector.
• Represent B&H Worldwide at industry events and maintain strong market presence.

Required profile

• Commercially astute and results‑driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales.
• Experience in aerospace, logistics or related high‑value industries.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across the assigned region.
