Business Development Coordinator

About the role

The Business Development Coordinator supports the Director of Sales by ensuring accountability, organization, and visibility across the Business Development Department. This role maintains CRM integrity, audits BDR activities, prepares reports, and coordinates cross‑department communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the company’s CRM system, performing regular audits for duplicates, missing data, and correct account ownership.
• Conduct daily GPS audits to verify field time, route completion, and reconcile GPS history with CRM records.
• Prepare and distribute reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive summaries on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate communication and data flow between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, including referral source verification.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking of Business Development Representatives.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase departmental efficiency and accountability.
