Business Development Analyst / Manager

About the role

TrueChoice Solutions is seeking a Business Development Analyst/Manager to support its rapid growth in the SaaS market. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help expand client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and shape the company’s marketing and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new application opportunities, supporting program design and implementation.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for business development initiatives.
• Conduct complex analyses to identify business requirements, priorities, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing communications, managing external consultants, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Represent TrueChoice at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance, or Marketing (MBA a plus).
• Strong client management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, organize tasks, and deliver results.
• Experience delivering client‑focused solutions and performing business analysis.
