Business Developer II – Tech (Amazon Freight)

About the role

Amazon Freight is looking for a results‑driven Business Developer II to partner with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and Amazon sellers. You will own end‑to‑end deal execution, from identifying unmet shipping needs to negotiating and closing agreements with external shippers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sellers, 3PLs and freight forwarders to uncover unmet needs and drive solution adoption.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, providing forecasts and tracking progress against revenue targets.
• Negotiate contract terms and structure agreements that balance customer value with Amazon’s business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Collaborate with internal legal, product, engineering, marketing, operations and customer experience teams to remove friction.
• Measure performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Strong quantitative rigor and analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a high‑velocity, ambiguous environment.
• Experience shaping long‑term strategy while executing day‑to‑day tasks.
• Track record of driving revenue generation with mid‑market and enterprise customers.
