Sales Executive – Commercial Business Solutions

About the role

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand its Commercial Business Solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for acquiring new service contracts across a defined territory, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through cold calling, face‑to‑face meetings and networking.
• Assess client needs and present tailored facility‑service solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft CRM.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Competence in using telecommunication devices, email and fax for business communication.
