Business Consultant – Life Sciences R&D Master Class Program

About the role

Veeva is hiring high‑potential early‑career professionals to join its Master Class program and transition into Life Sciences consulting. Participants will work on customer‑facing engagements, delivering business solutions that accelerate drug development and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to produce tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), non‑consulting work, or veteran/military service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven, high work ethic, high integrity, and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
