Business Consultant – Life Sciences R&D

About the role

As a Consultant in R&D, you will help pharma bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream.
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred).
• Domain knowledge in biopharma Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Regulatory, Safety, or general R&D strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech‑enabled consulting solutions.
