Business Analyst / Product Owner

About the role

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Business Analyst who will act as a Product Owner to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will collaborate with analytics, IT, and external partners to translate requirements into functional deliverables that support our manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Document system change requests using standard Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
• Identify analytics needs across functional areas and resolve cross‑team issues.
• Serve as liaison between end‑users and the ACE implementation team.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and maintain communication with ACE staff.
• Gather operational insights through site visits and integrated sessions.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and support staff on automation initiatives.
• Develop and execute test plans, guide QA testers, and manage issue tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to blend business acumen with consulting‑style analytics.
