About the role

We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Cook to join the culinary team at the Element by Marriott in North Charleston. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality breakfast dishes in our bistro, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision and creativity, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support a positive team atmosphere and assist colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a bistro or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting timelines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
