About the role
Join our marketing team to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for LEGO’s audience portfolio in the United States. You will design annual brand plans, drive franchise selections, and create communication platforms that boost brand health and sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute franchise/brand marketing plans, collaborating with Global Marketing and the LEGO agency to create integrated campaigns.
- Translate brand, audience, and commercial strategies into clear creative briefs for internal and agency teams.
- Lead the strategic direction of the Brand Preschool team and extend insights to other audiences and franchises.
- Grow the audience base through product portfolio, innovation, and marketing mix activities.
- Manage partnership relationships with IP owners, agencies, and vendors as required.
- Influence Global Product Development to shape audience portfolios that meet US growth ambitions.
- Create Go‑To‑Market plans for new product launches and optimize existing portfolio plans.
- Establish measurement and evaluation frameworks, providing feedback to global partners.
- Collaborate with Delivery Brand Manager to align budget, calendar, and campaign execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brand marketing planning, implementation, and project management.
- Strong ability to collaborate with global teams, agencies, and cross‑functional partners.
- Analytical mindset for performance evaluation and corrective action.
- Strategic thinking to drive audience growth and brand equity.
