Brand Designer

About the role

Decagon is looking for a Brand Designer to shape how the company presents itself to the world. You will be at the core of brand expression, turning sophisticated AI technology into clear, confident visual storytelling across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and art‑direct high‑quality brand assets for campaigns, websites, sales materials, video, events, social media, and internal storytelling.
• Evolve and expand Decagon’s brand design system, ensuring consistency while exploring differentiated expressions.
• Contribute to brand strategy and messaging, translating strategic ideas into compelling visuals.
• Develop layouts, concepts, and executions with strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback across multiple workstreams, balancing speed with polish.

Required profile

• A designer who is passionate about storytelling and motivated by building a brand thoughtfully, not just producing individual assets.
• Comfortable working in an fast‑paced, in‑office environment and able to define the edges of brand expression.
• Strong point of view, collaborative mindset, and willingness to raise the creative bar together.
