Brand Design Lead

About the role

Nash is building the visual identity of its logistics platform and needs a senior designer to lead brand creation from strategy to execution. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer, CEO, CTO and a cross‑functional team to shape the brand across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Nash’s brand strategy into a living visual system, including identity, motion, photography, illustration and typography.
• Design and build the marketing site in Figma and Webflow, and create landing pages, campaign pages and event visuals.
• Develop motion assets for site interactions, product reveals, social content and trade‑show presentations.
• Produce demand‑engine collateral such as pitch decks, one‑pagers and partner PDFs.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, Runway, Midjourney) to accelerate idea‑to‑artifact cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship brand expressions in product and real‑world installations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of brand or product design experience with shipped work across identity, web, motion and campaigns.
• Experience owning a brand or major brand evolution at a high‑growth tech company.
• Daily use of large language models and AI prototyping tools as core to the design workflow.
• Strong systems thinking, clear communication and ability to iterate quickly based on evidence.
