About the role
The Brand Ambassador Educator (BAE) represents Diageo brands, engaging consumers at events and point‑of‑sale to educate and build trust. This part‑time, occasional position works primarily in Memphis and surrounding cities.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with consumers, deliver sampling experiences, and provide product education.
- Complete digital training and pass brand knowledge exams.
- Attend events on time, wear required attire, and manage promotional materials.
- Collect post‑event data, take photos, and support social‑media reporting.
Required profile
- Outgoing, personable, and able to build consumer trust.
- Reliable punctuality and ability to work through event duration.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
