About the role

The Branch Operations Manager ensures the Harrisburg branch runs efficiently, securely, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will lead risk‑control initiatives, oversee daily lobby operations, and support team development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Oversee operational risk controls, including vault and ATM custodianship.
• Maintain an elevated, personalized customer experience.
• Manage lobby flow to optimize customer engagement.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Engage customers via digital platforms and promote self‑service options.
• Conduct cash counts and maintain accurate audit logs.
• Support teller line with coaching, feedback, and transaction accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, by phone, or through digital channels.
• Use data‑driven decisions to improve branch performance.
• Assist colleagues in achieving their development goals.
• Provide support to nearby branches as business needs dictate.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
• Ability to perform essential duties and meet regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
