Boutique Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join the iconic Van Cleef & Arpels boutique at South Coast Plaza and help deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast‑paced luxury environment. You will support Sales Associates, manage daily operations, and ensure the boutique runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line support to Sales Associates and maintain a high level of client service.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance, including replenishing floor supplies, opening/closing set‑up, and jewelry handling.
• Assist reception duties, greet clients, and backfill POS stations and desks.
• Coordinate with Management and Boutique Administrators to keep merchandise in optimal condition.
• Participate in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony and uphold brand protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast‑paced luxury retail setting (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Valid work authorization for the United States.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
