Bilingual Talent Planning Specialist

About the role

The Bilingual Talent Planning Specialist supports the execution, administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent Planning processes. Working closely with the Talent Planning Center of Excellence and HR partners, the role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights for succession and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual Talent Planning cycle, including Talent Reviews, calibration sessions, Critical Role reviews, Success Profile updates, and succession planning activities.
• Maintain enterprise tracking tools, governance documentation, and monitor milestone completion, escalating risks and data issues.
• Manage Talent Planning datasets across Workday and related systems, conduct data audits, and ensure data integrity for succession, readiness, and Critical Role information.
• Produce recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages; develop visualizations that clearly communicate talent insights.
• Support Workday Talent Review and Succession processes, including testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting, process efficiency, and data governance through special projects.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in talent planning, succession management, or HR analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data‑driven processes.
• Experience collaborating with HR partners, talent development, and technology teams.
