Bilingual Spanish Total Wireless Consultant - Part Time

About the role

Victra, the exclusive distributor of Total Wireless, is seeking a bilingual Spanish‑speaking consultant to deliver first‑class wireless technology service in a retail environment. This part‑time position involves guiding customers through device selection, plan options, accessories, and insurance while representing both Victra and Total Wireless.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve bi‑weekly personal sales targets set by the store manager.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service in person, by phone, text, and web platforms.
• Review daily promotions, plans, and devices; conduct outbound calls and texts to drive sales.
• Attend weekly or monthly training sessions and complete assigned courses.
• Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised retail floor and handle all customer interactions professionally.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Positive, contagious attitude and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual).
• Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lb and stand for long periods.
