Bilingual Spanish Total Wireless Consultant

About the role

Victra, the exclusive distributor of Total Wireless, is looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking consultant to deliver first‑class wireless technology service to customers. You will be the face of both Victra and Total Wireless, guiding shoppers through device selection, plan options, accessories, and insurance while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve bi‑weekly personal sales targets set by the store manager.
• Represent Victra and Total Wireless positively while providing excellent customer service.
• Review daily promotions, plans, and devices.
• Make outbound calls and send text messages each day to generate sales across multiple platforms.
• Attend weekly or monthly training sessions.
• Maintain a top‑tier retail environment through cleaning, merchandising, and organization.
• Handle all customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Uphold evolving White Glove cleanliness standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Positive, contagious attitude and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual).
• Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lb and stand for long periods.

What we offer

• Guaranteed base salary between $40,000 and $50,000 per year.
• Unlimited commission potential on top of the base.
