About the role
Join AT&T’s retail team in Coral Springs as a bilingual Spanish‑English sales consultant. This part‑time position involves guiding customers through AT&T’s product suite, delivering exceptional service, and helping them find the right solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend devices, plans, and accessories.
- Assist customers in both Spanish and English, both in‑store and via outbound calls.
- Participate in community events, process online orders, and support store operations during peak hours.
Required profile
- Advanced fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
Required skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication.
- Tech‑savvy mindset to understand AT&T products.
