Join AT&T’s retail team in Torrance as a Bilingual Spanish Part‑Time Retail Sales Consultant. Use your fluency in Spanish and English to guide customers through the latest technology solutions while delivering an exceptional AT&T experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right solution and deliver an exceptional AT&T experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest data, entertainment technology and devices such as Wi‑Fi, data devices and TV entertainment tools.
• Understand customers' needs and demonstrate how AT&T products meet those needs.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for daily customer interaction.
• Dedication to maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a commitment to go above and beyond.
• Helpful attitude and resourceful, good‑natured demeanor.
