Bilingual Spanish Medical Science Liaison (Junior)

About the role

The company is seeking a junior‑level, Spanish‑bilingual Medical Science Liaison to serve as a field‑based scientific expert for the Florida and Puerto Rico markets. This role combines scientific exchange with key opinion leaders and supports the broader Medical Affairs strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with KOLs, investigators, patient‑advocacy groups and centers of excellence across assigned territories.
• Conduct balanced, evidence‑based scientific exchanges, presenting clinical data, disease‑state information and emerging research.
• Identify, map and prioritize stakeholders in line with medical strategy.
• Represent the company at scientific congresses, advisory boards and medical meetings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical and technical expertise in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Deliver compliant, non‑promotional scientific presentations to external and internal audiences.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, evidence‑based information.
• Support clinical trial awareness, site identification and investigator‑initiated studies.
• Gather and synthesize field insights on treatment patterns, unmet needs and competitive landscape, and share them with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Market Access and Commercial Operations on cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience or recent graduate with a scientific background.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50‑75% of time) across Southeast, Midwest and South US regions.
• Strong communication skills for scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with cross‑functional teams.
