Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact on families while advancing your professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collect and record accurate client data during sessions.
• Implement behavioral intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors when needed.
• Collaborate closely with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistent progress.

Required profile

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of experience delivering ABA therapy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
