About the role

Kelly is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter to join its Romeoville, IL office. The role starts with front‑desk and administrative duties and quickly evolves into full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in guests, assist with drug screens, and answer incoming phone calls.
• Source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system.
• Guide candidates through each step of the hiring process, from initial contact to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, equitable selection practices.
• Manage high‑volume recruiting for industrial and warehouse positions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience in high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using job boards for candidate sourcing.
