About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a bilingual recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for industrial and warehouse positions across multiple levels and locations. This on‑site role in Sanford, NC, focuses on attracting, sourcing, and placing the right talent while upholding equitable hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, from entry‑level to senior roles.
• Source passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair assessment processes.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations and quick learner.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Required skills
