Bilingual QA Inspector – Personal Care Products (Dallas/DFW)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Quality Assurance Inspector to join our personal care and cosmetics manufacturing team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role involves inspecting inbound and outbound products, conducting microbial tests, and supporting R&D pilot runs to ensure our natural‑based products meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect in‑process and finished goods against specifications using AQL sampling charts.
• Perform incoming component inspections and sanitation checks in production areas.
• Conduct line clearance for packaging and execute microbial testing (media preparation, aerobic plate count, yeast & mold).
• Review test data (microbial, actives, torque, fill weight) and approve products for use or shipment.
• Support R&D by inspecting lab scale‑ups and pilot batches.
• Enter and move finished‑goods data in the Acumatica ERP system.
• Assist with SOP reviews, internal audits, and deviation or non‑conformance reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in personal care or cosmetics manufacturing within a cGMP environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
