Bilingual Project Planner – English/French (US & Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Project Planner to support a portfolio of major capital projects across the United States and Canada. The role will start with remote support and evolve into on‑site involvement as projects progress, offering exposure to high‑value industrial initiatives in mining, metals, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple capital projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineering, and construction teams to align schedules with project milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and provide corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Transition from remote planning to on‑site support as project phases advance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across both the United States and Canada to ensure consistent communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French (essential).
• Proven experience planning and scheduling industrial capital projects.
• Background in mining, metals, heavy industrial, EPC/EPCM, manufacturing, energy, or process industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site when required.
