Bilingual Project Manager, Construction

About the role

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) construction professional to join its Dallas team. The Project Manager will own project performance from design through completion, driving customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop concept drawings, budgets, and value‑engineering solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings, negotiate contracts and fees, and manage cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buy‑out, and scope development together with the Project Superintendent.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or specialty equipment to improve schedule or budget.

Required profile

• Highly motivated construction professional with a passion for design‑build processes.
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to high standards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
