About the role

AMS Staffing, Inc. is looking for a bilingual pre‑litigation attorney to manage a docket of pre‑litigation matters in Houston. You will work onsite in a boutique environment, supported by a team of case managers, and collaborate closely with colleagues to drive efficient case handling.

Key responsibilities

Review matters for liability concerns and assess the value of potential and existing cases.
Evaluate and review demands before distribution.
Manage settlement negotiations and drive favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with case managers to review pending items and ensure timely progress.
Independently manage a docket of pre‑litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of pre‑litigation experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual capability).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Competitive salary range $120,000‑$140,000 per year plus commissions.
