Bilingual Outside Sales Representative – Miami Area

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Sales Representative to generate new B2B accounts in the South Florida market. This 1099 position focuses on field sales across Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Build and manage a pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with technical support and the General Manager during the ramp‑up period.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience (outside sales, not inside).
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with a 1099 independent contractor model and variable compensation.

Required skills

• Bilingual Spanish/English (professional level).
