Bilingual HR Recruiter Assistant (English-Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm’s Human Resources team as a Bilingual HR Recruiter Assistant, supporting both English and Spanish speaking candidates. This remote position focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment processes while providing essential administrative support to keep daily HR operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed Candidate Avatars for remote and on‑site positions.
• Draft, review, and publish engaging job posts across LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, university networks, and other job boards.
• Source talent in the U.S. and remote markets, schedule interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Manage employee records, assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, and keep departmental documentation organized.
• Refresh vacancy listings weekly to maximize candidate visibility and traction.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality candidate experiences.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn for recruiting.
• Familiarity with Indeed job postings.
• Proficiency with the Workable applicant tracking system.
